ProtoPirate is an experimental rolling-code analysis toolkit for Flipper Zero, built with members of The Pirates' Plunder. The goal is a free .fap that runs on any Flipper firmware — not a locked research toy.
The receiver captures live Sub-GHz with frequency hopping and an animated radar view. A Sub Decode path loads existing .sub captures from the SD card. A Timing Tuner compares real fob pulse widths against protocol definitions — average, min, max, jitter — and says whether the definition needs to move.
Current families include Fiat, Ford, Kia (V0–V6), Scher-Khan, StarLine, Subaru, Suzuki, PSA, and Volkswagen. Encoders ship where the protocol is fully understood. I work the reverse-engineering and firmware side.
